By accessing or using Lumen by RegNexus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by RegNexus Limited ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One person or organisation may not maintain more than one account without prior agreement.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, interfere with the Platform's operation, upload malicious content, or use the Platform to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Access to the Platform requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform (courses, materials, assessments). You grant us a licence to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
Competence records, decision receipts, and compliance transcripts generated by the Platform are designed to be immutable and tamper-evident. These records may be retained beyond account termination where required for regulatory compliance purposes.
The Platform includes AI-assisted features for content generation and teaching support. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
The Platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RegNexus Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegNexus Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. We will provide data export functionality for a reasonable period after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
